1 large head cabbage
¾ c. beer or nonalcoholic beer
¼ c. butter, melted
2 T. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
Core cabbage. Place cabbage, cored side up, on a large piece of heavy duty foil. Combine beer, butter and Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Pour beer mixture in the core and wrap cabbage in the foil. Arrange medium-hot coals around the center of the grill; place wrapped cabbage in the center of the grill. Grill, covered, for 45 minutes. Unwrap cabbage, slice and serve.
