Bring a rimmed skillet to medium-high heat. Coat the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of the flavor enhancer seasoning, coating all pieces. Add the olive oil to the pan with the seasoned chicken. Cook, stirring at times, until the juices run clear and the chicken is firm to the touch. Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set aside.
While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil.
In a mixing bowl add in the chopped peppers, corn and green onions.
In a separate small bowl combine the mayo, bbq sauce, pepper and the remaining 1 tablespoon of the flavor enhancer seasoning. Pour this into the mixing bowl of veggies.
Cook the pasta until al dente {just shy of fully cooked}. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the mixing bowl and toss to combine with the sauce and veggies.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day ahead. If serving later, be sure to stir again before serving.
