1 lb. ground beef or thinly sliced sirloin beef strips
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. water
1 – 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules (or 2 beef bouillon cubes)
1 1/2 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. uncooked noodles
1 c. sour cream
Cook beef, onion and garlic in an extra large skillet until meat is browned; drain fat. Stir in water, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, Flavor Enhancer and pepper. Add uncooked noodles. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Gradually stir in sour cream. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve warm.
