2 c. shredded chicken
½ c. Cookies Wings-N-Things Sauce
2 T. ranch dressing
2 tsp. canola oil
½ tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
4 flour tortillas (10 inch size)
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
DIPPING SAUCE:
1/2 c. Cookies Premium Salsa
1 c. sour cream
Mix chicken, Wings-N-Things sauce, ranch, cheese and Flavor Enhancer.
Grease griddle or large pan with oil and place on a medium heat burner.
Place a tortilla shell in the pan and top with approximately one cup (1/4 of the mixture)on the tortilla and fold in half. Allow to cook for a couple of minutes and flip over to the other side to cook for another two minutes. You just want to lightly brown each side and melt the cheese inside.
Do this with the remainder of the tortillas. Cut into halves or fourths.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and salsa to serve on the side. Very tasty!
