DIRECTIONS:
Place block of cream cheese in freezer for approximately 30 minutes. Once chilled, please block of cheese on a small baking tray lined with aluminum foil or on foil sheet to place directly on wire grill rack. Score the top of the cream cheese block in a cross hatch pattern and season all sides generously with Cookies Flavor Enhancer.
Smoke at 225 degrees F for at least 2 hours, until cheese is softened and turns a golden brown color. (Add additional cooking time if you desire more smoke flavor). Remove from grill and let stand 10 minutes. Serve with crackers, corn chips, bagel chips or chopped vegetables!
