4 medium onions, halved and sliced
5 bacon strips, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
1 c. Cookies Tangy Mustard BBQ Sauce
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
2 cans (15 oz.) lima beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans (15 oz.) pork and beans, partially drained
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
Brown and drain the ground beef. Set aside. Saute onions and bacon until onions are tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef, brown sugar, BBQ sauce and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in the beans. Transfer to a 3 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
