1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cabbage sliced thin
1/2 c. Cookies Korean BBQ Sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. scallions
2 c. cooked rice
Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat until browned. Stir in Korean sauce, water, cabbage, scallions and bean sprouts. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes covered and serve over cooked rice.
