1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced onion
2 T. Cookies Premium Salsa
1 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. plus 2 T. Cookies BBQ Sauce (your choice of flavor) – divided
1/2 c. quick cook oats (optional)
Beat egg and milk together. Stir in cheese, chopped onions, Cookies Premium Salsa, 2 T. Cookies BBQ sauce and Cookies Flavor Enhancer.
Add entire mixture to ground beef and mix well. Shape into 4 small loaves and place on a greased 9×13 pan. (The Sauceman likes to line the pan with foil and spray with cooking oil for easy clean up!) Add 1 c. of Cookies BBQ sauce to small bowl and lightly brush the top of each loaf to cover with sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until each loaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
