16 oz. sour cream
1 jar Cookies Premium Salsa (mild or medium)
1 pkg. Knorrs vegetable soup mix
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight if possible. If you are short on time, mix the soup mix with 1/8 c. hot water and let sit for 15 minutes, then mix with the remaining ingredients.
